"Just to let you know your serviceman dropped by yesterday for the annual inspection of my crawlspace yesterday. As always, he was a delight. How fortunate for you folks to have such an ambassador for your business. He renews my faith in our younger generation and trust me, my standards are lofty! You may be interested in another insight re Crawlspace Concepts. On my Spring HVAC check their tech was most complimentary of the crawlspace encapsulation. He said it had your ‘signature’ both literally and figuratively through the quality of the job and the sticker on the entry door. Evidently he had experienced your work in other HVAC inspections. His contention is that anyone who is willing to ‘sign’ their job with a reference sticker takes pride in their work. Again . . . kudos!"
